• Montoya high chair of rubber wood and is durable, strong, tough and resilient. Being stain resistant, it is easy to maintain. Rubber is burn-resistant, particularly if the heat source is a cigarette butt. Besides, it is non-toxic and won’t release toxic fumes into the air when there’s a fire and good shock absorber property
• Chair seat is polyester which is synthetic, easily recyclable with high tensile strength and durability that lasts longer. Being chemical generated, these are natural anti-bacterial. High quality resilient foam is used in chair seat
• Solid wood is stained and covered with protective layer for making the furniture scratch, heat and stain resistant increasing durability.
• Wood is Kiln dried and excess moisture content is removed. This is to ensure warping, cracking of wood and improves durability. Wood is Fumigated to eradicate Borer and Termites.
• Functional hardware components such as hinges, runners and handles have undergone salt spray testing to ensure products are free from corrosion during usage.
• Solid wood components are fumigated before and after fabrication to eliminate mites infestation.
• Legs are enabled with built in PVC spacers to avoid direct contact with floor, thereby ensuring no direct contact with water, dust etc
